This is the official exhibitor application for Flight Week 2026. Exhibitor applications begin on August 10th, 2026. Exhibitor applications close on September 7th, 2026. All applications will be reviewed using translation software if needed.

1C. Exhibitor Restrictions

The following general restrictions are placed on all official Flight Week 2026 promotional material used in the Hub World. By submitting this application the applicant agrees to these restrictions:

Promotional material cannot feature pornography or nudity of any type (i.e. sexual acts, showing genitals, etc).
Promotional material cannot feature extreme violence or gore (i.e. showing the death of living beings).
Promotional material cannot feature derogatory imagery or words against an individual, a group of people, religions, nations, genders or adjacent organizations or categories of people.

1D. Exhibitor Options (Banners, Booths, Posters)

How do you want to be represented at VRChat Flight Week 2026?

Booth options.

Standard Booth: Prefab that only requires a texture file from exhibitors (Section 2).

Custom Booth: Create your own 3D booth (Section 3).

No Booth: I do not want a booth at Flight Week 2026.

Poster options.
