About MYSTIC

I am DJ Aoi, active primarily on VRChat.
I deliver music tailored to the specific atmosphere and theme of each event,
spanning diverse genres with a focus on EDM, Eurobeat, and Trance.
My core philosophy as a DJ is:
"Conveying feelings through sound."
I believe music possesses the power to convey emotions and feelings that
words alone cannot express, reaching people across distances and
backgrounds.
Rather than simply playing tracks, my goal as a DJ is to bring everyone in the
room together—sharing the same beat, experiencing the same moment, and
creating lasting memories.
All-Genre DJ Event "MYSTIC"
In VRChat, I organize, plan, and manage the all-genre DJ event "MYSTIC."
True to its name, MYSTIC is designed as a space where DJs can freely express
the music they hold dear, without genre constraints—ranging from EDM,
Trance, and Eurobeat to House, Hardcore, and more.
We emphasize that everyone involved—not just the DJs, but also the
performers, staff, and visitors—comes together to shape a single, unified
space.
In VRChat, production elements that are difficult to achieve in real-world clubs
or live venues can become reality through creative ideas and technology.
Leveraging these possibilities, we focus not only on standard DJ events but
also on special productions and concepts unique to VR space.
One example is our DJ & Air Show.
Centering around an aerial DJ stage, pilots fly aircraft around the perimeter,
combining music, flight maneuvers, and visual effects into a seamless performance.
The DJ plays the music, pilots take to the skies, and performers add color to
the world.
By bringing together people from different creative fields through a shared
rhythm and space, we aim to create entertainment unique to VR that differs
from anything in the real world.
What I want to build through MYSTIC is more than just a place to listen to
music.
Whether it is someone's first visit, a performer, or a staff member, I want
everyone sharing that time to feel something, meet new people, and feel a
sense of "I want to come back here again."
Music acts as the spark that brings people together, builds connections, and
sparks new forms of expression and future events.
Creating this continuous creative cycle within VRChat is one of the main goals
of MYSTIC.
I believe VRChat holds the potential to create "sights unseen in the real world"
through the power of music and community.
That is why I am dedicated not only to delivering sound as a DJ, but also to
planning events, co-creating spaces alongside performers and staff, and
generating memorable moments for everyone who gathers.
I am truly looking forward to seeing what new horizons will emerge at Flight
Week 2026 as the unique appeals of aviation and music come together.

Holding this phrase close to my heart, I will continue my work connecting
people to people—and the real world to the metaverse—through music.

VRChatを中心にDJとして活動しています、DJ葵(Aoi)です。
EDM、Eurobeat、Tranceなどを中心に、ジャンルにとらわれず、その空間やイ
ベントに合った音楽を届ける活動をしています。
私がDJとして大切にしている言葉は、【想いは音で伝える】
です。
音楽には、言葉だけでは伝えきれない感情や想いを、距離や立場を越えて誰かに
届ける力があると考えています。
ただ曲を流すのではなく、その場にいる人たちが同じ音を聴き、同じ時間を過ご
し、その瞬間を思い出として残してもらえるようなDJを目指しています。
オールジャンルDJイベント「MYSTIC」
VRChatでは「オールジャンルDJイベント MYSTIC」の主催・企画・運営を行っ
ています。
MYSTICは、名前の通りジャンルを限定せず、EDM、Trance、Eurobeat、
House、Hardcoreなど、それぞれのDJが大切にしている音楽を自由に表現でき
る場所を作ることを目的としたイベントです。
DJだけではなく、パフォーマーやスタッフ、そして遊びに来てくださる方々も
含め、関わるすべての人がひとつの空間を一緒に作り上げていくことを大切にし
ています。
VRChatでは、現実のクラブやライブ会場では難しい演出も、アイデアと技術次
第で実現することができます。
その可能性を活かし、通常のDJイベントだけではなく、VR空間ならではの演出
や企画にも力を入れています。
その一つが「DJ & Air Show」です。
空中に設けられたDJステージを中心に、パイロットが航空機でその周囲を飛び
ながらパフォーマンスを行い、音楽と航空機の動き、映像的な演出を組み合わせ
ていく企画です。
DJが音楽を奏で、パイロットが空を舞い、パフォーマーがその世界を彩る。
それぞれ異なる活動をしている人たちが、ひとつの音楽とひとつの空間を通して
繋がることで、現実とはまた違った「VRだからこそ生まれるエンターテインメ
ント」を作ることを目指しています。
MYSTICを通して私が作りたいのは、単に「DJを聴く場所」ではありません。
初めて訪れた人も、出演する人も、スタッフとして関わる人も、その時間を共有
することで何かを感じたり、新しい人と出会ったり、「またこの場所に帰ってき
たい」と思えるような場所です。
音楽をきっかけに人が集まり、人と人が繋がり、そこから新しい表現や新しいイ
ベントが生まれていく。
そんな循環をVRChatの中に作っていくことが、MYSTICという活動の大きな目
的のひとつです。
私は、VRChatという場所には「現実では見ることのできない景色」を、音楽と人の力で作り出せる可能性があると思っています。
だからこそ、DJとして音を届けるだけではなく、イベントを企画し、出演者や
スタッフと一緒に空間そのものを作り、そこに集まる人たちの記憶に残る時間を
生み出していきたいと考えています。
Flight Week 2026でも、航空機と音楽という異なる魅力が交わることで、どんな
新しい景色が生まれるのか、とても楽しみにしています。
「想いは音で伝える」。
この言葉を大切に、音楽を通して人と人、そして現実とメタバースを繋ぐ活動を
続けています。
