Basic Information

There are four ways for exhibitors to be represented at VRChat Flight Week 2026:

  1. Pre-made Standard Booth prefab that only requires a texture file from exhibitors.

  2. An option to use a Custom Made Booth created by the exhibitor.

  3. Create a Banner to be used on a spinning exhibitor display.

  4. Pre-made Poster prefab that only requires a texture file from exhibitors.

Standard Booth

STANDARD BOOTH

The Standard Booth is designed as a template style booth able to be easily modified using any image editing software (GIMP, Photoshop, Paint). The goal is to allow even people with little to no experience with asset creation to copy and paste images into the pre-assigned image slots and create their own booth. When completed, exhibitors should send the template to Flight Week using our Signup Form.

Banners

Banners
