Exhibitors have three days left to apply for banners, posters, standard booths or a Custom Booth at VRChat Flight Week 2026! Our application period ends on September 7th, 2026. Even if a booth sounds like a bit too much for you, consider a banner!

As the exhibitor sign up period comes to a close, the Outreach Team for our event is switching it up to be a lot more social. Our Discord server has been going through a lot of changes. As new channels are added and upcoming events during Flight Week are planned, the Discord will be one of many important part of everything.

About VRChat Flight Week 2026

VRChat Flight Week 2026 is the second annual platform wide event that celebrates flight in VRChat. The hub world for this event will be on an aircraft carrier covered in booths, banners and posters. There will also be a tab on the VRChat Worlds menu of featured flight worlds, just like we had last year.

While this event is designed to gather and celebrate the international flight community, we are not limited to other types of communities, creators, developers and VRChat groups. Everyone is welcome! See our Exhibitor Information page and Exhibitor Application for more info.
