There are multiple ways for creators to exhibit in the VRChat Flight Week 2026 Hub World. See a few of the options in this blog post before sending in an Exhibitor Signup Form. Want more information? See our Exhibitor Information page.

Standard Booth

The Standard Booth is designed as a template style booth able to be easily modified using any image editing software (GIMP, Photoshop, Paint). The goal is to allow even people with little to no experience with asset creation to copy and paste images into the pre-assigned image slots and create their own booth. When completed, exhibitors should send the template to Flight Week staff using our Signup Form.

Banners

Represent with a Spinning Banner. This banner will be featured on spinning advertisement boards in The Hub world. There are 18 total banner slots available. They are provided on a first come and first serve basis.

Posters

Present with a poster. These posters will be seen throughout the The Hub World of the event. The maximum dimensions and file size of the posters are:

  • Height: 2048px

  • Width: 1024px
