The second annual VRChat platform wide aviation focused event is now accepting submissions to exhibit in September 2026
We are proud to announce that Flight Week 2026 (FW26) will be held from September 14th, 2026 through September 28th, 2026. Exhibitors that want to participate can apply between August 10th, 2026 through September 7th, 2026.
Flight Week 2026 is the second annual official VRChat event focused on aviation in the VRChat platform. For a second year Negentropic with the support of the VRChat team, is gathering and celebrating the VRChat Aviation flight community.
In 2026, we seek to build on the success of Flight Week 2025 while bringing an even greater spotlight to flight in VRChat.

The Hub
The Hub World for this event is a Sagi Aerospace CVS-01 Aircraft Carrier in a naval port. This ship has been customized to host everything you would expect of a standard VRChat convention. Booths, posters, chairs, a stage and screens. However, it will be styled similarly to a museum ship hosting static aircraft displays and other aviation related items. The flight deck, aircraft hangars and the port will be filled with these objects.

The Tab
All featured flight worlds will be in a designated tab in the VRChat Worlds Menu for 14 days! This is the same as any platform wide major event on VRChat. Flight Week 2025 had a similar tab.
Flight Community Focus
Our focus will primarily be on VRChat Aviation communities, creators, events and worlds that make up the core of the international flight community. These are the people and organizations that have made aircraft flying through the virtual skies of VRChat a staple of the platform since the year 2020.
Aviation and Beyond
While FW26 is focused on aviation and military themed participants, it is not limited to other types of creators. Everyone is welcome!
Apply to Exhibit at Flight Week 2026
The application period is from August 10th, 2026 through September 7th, 2026. No applications will be accepted after September 7th, 2026.

How to Attend
Between September 14th through September 28th, 2026, VRChat users can attend Flight Week 2026 is different ways.
The Hub: Visit the modified Aircraft Carrier that acts as the hub for Flight Week 2026. Learn more about the community, see their works, find flight worlds to visit, meet other enthusiasts and more.
The Tab: The worlds featured during Flight Week 2026 will be in the VRChat Worlds tab. VRChat users can visit them on their own time.
Scheduled Events: There will be scheduled events happening throughout the 14 days of FW26. These will include musical performances, airshows and other events. An event calendar will be posted at a later date.
Flight Hop: Multiple scheduled and self-guided flight world focused world hopping sessions will happen during Flight Week 2026. Detailed information about this will be posted in the future.
Social Media Support
Help Flight Week grow by tagging social media posts and videos with hashtags #FW2026 and #VRCAviation together. Every bit of support helps ensure that Flight Week continues into the future.
