7 Days to Register, Promotional Material, Exhibitor Examples

Banner, Booth and Poster registration for exhibitors ends on September 7th, 2026.

The whirlwind of progress continues! VRChat Flight Week 2026 (FW26) will be open to the users of VRChat all around the world on September 14th, 2026. As preparations enter their next phase, we have some updates to share in the run up to the big event. Let's chop it up for a bit and talk deets.

7 Days Left to Register

Exhibitors have seven days left to apply for presenting themselves and their organizations at VRChat Flight Week 2026 and send in their Banners, Booths and Posters to our team.

While the final day to send in all files is September 7th, 2026 our staff has been accepting applications and files since our event was announced on August 10th, 2026.

The still in development Aircraft Carrier Hub World is already being filled with materials sent in by airshow teams, content creators, communities, world developers, flight focused groups, 3D asset modelers and many other types of people.

The World Creation team has been busy placing every banner, poster and checking every Custom Booth for compatibility. So be sure to send in your files as soon as possible to make everyone's lives easier and assist our team in making event preparation as smooth as possible.

Promotional Materials

Our Outreach Team and Administrative Staff have been using various promotional materials to talk about FW26. These includes banners, logos, VRChat prints and VRChat stickers. They are now available for download in English and Japanese.

While we do not want to announce the exhibitor list too early (gotta give you something to look forward to!) we want to express just how wide reaching this event truly is. Here are a few examples of the confirmed exhibitors for FW26:

The Black Aces

Established in 2020, this multinational community continues to be the largest flight focused community in VRChat. Throughout their six year history they have hosted community gathering events, tournaments and airshows. They frequently work with other communities to continue flight operations that anyone from the general public can attend. The Black Aces have held airshows and tournament for other VRChat events like Summer Jam 2025 and have been featured in official VRChat posts. | Links: Discord, X.com, Bluesky

Exploreurs Imaginaires

A French-speaking community that explores VRChat in all its aspects. Whether creative‚ immersive, cultural, community or simply human. Led by ChamPokk, this community travels to many VRChat worlds and holds events to give their community a varied experience. | Links: LinkTree 

Blue Stars

A Japanese air demonstration team founded in 2021. They focus on providing the most realistic airshows possible in VRChat. Founded in 2021 by a real world pilot with over 10 years and 1000 flight hours with a Japanese Government agency, the pilots of the Blue Stars must pass written exams, practical exams and have frequent practices to maintain a real-world like preparedness you would expect of any fast jet air demo team. | Links: X.com

Bump N Bash

Bump n' Bash is a Game World where you can launch your friends across soaring skies, erupting volcanoes, and even deep space with a single punch in this platformer fighter meets party game! Bring up to 64 players in this frantic slugfest where you'll collect a variety of powerups and weapons, wind up your fist, and wham! 5Sori Works

A South Korean content creator that makes flight-themed worlds, Udon scripts, and models for sale. While a majority of the VRChat flight worlds fall between non-combat free flight experiences or intense player vs player combat, 5Sori is well known for creating scripts that enable player vs environment combat. The types of scenarios where one or more players fly together to defeat computer enemies - like in popular arcade flight games. | Links: Booth.pm , X.com

About Flight Week 2026

Flight Week 2026 is the second annual VRChat platform wide event focused on flight in VRChat. The hub world for this event will be on an aircraft carrier covered in booths, banners and posters. There will also be a tab on the VRChat Worlds menu of featured flight worlds, just like we had last year.

While this event is designed to gather and celebrate the international flight community, we are not limited to other types of communities, creators, developers and VRChat groups. Everyone is welcome! See our Exhibitor Information page and Exhibitor Application for more info.
