2 Days to Register, Over 50 Exhibitors Confirmed
A strong international presence gathers beneath the skies of VRChat
That is right! With two days left for exhibitors to register, we can confirm that there are over 50 exhibitors signed up for VRChat Flight Week 2026. In fact, even as this was being typed, a few more submissions came in. We're doing numbers!
Over 50 International Exhibitors Confirmed and Accepted
VRChat Flight Week 2026 has received more than 50 exhibitor applications. So far, all applications that have been sent in have met our requirements. All of them have been accepted.
There are a few cases where some adjustments need to be made to Custom Booths or files need to be resubmitted. As these exhibitors already have applications sent in, they have until as late as September 11th, 2026 to work with us to make the needed adjustments. The Flight Week Outreach team is in direct contact with these exhibitors and we are actively working with them to make corrections. So, if you have not been told that there is a problem with your submitted materials, know that everything is OK!
Throughout this weekend all exhibitors will be contacted through our official staff email (staff@skywardfm.com) or other methods like direct messages to confirm that their applications have been received and what their status is. This is a secondary method of confirmation besides the confirmation attached to the application forms when they are sent in.
In the coming days we will be posting announcements about the exhibitors that have signed up across all official VRChat Flight Week channels. A few were mentioned in a recent blog post. So far this is probably one of the strongest showings of a united international representation for VRChat aviation that has ever been assembled.

Exhibitors have two days left to apply for banners, posters, standard booths or a Custom Booth at VRChat Flight Week 2026! Our application period ends on September 7th, 2026. Even if a booth sounds like a bit too much for you, consider a banner!
About Flight Week 2026
VRChat Flight Week 2026 is the second annual platform wide event that celebrates flight in VRChat. The hub world for this event will be on an aircraft carrier covered in booths, banners and posters. There will also be a tab on the VRChat Worlds menu of featured flight worlds, just like we had last year.
While this event is designed to gather and celebrate the international flight community, we are not limited to other types of communities, creators, developers and VRChat groups. Everyone is welcome! See our Exhibitor Information page and Exhibitor Application for more info.
